"This place is a little sketchy. I actually visited this location to use their shipping services. They ship packages for you there by ups and fedex but while I was there I experienced something really strange. A young woman was there, she may have been an adult or she may have been a teenager. I’m not quite sure but she was there wanting to get something done to her phone like maybe her screen fixed or something along those lines. And there were two men working there. It’s kind of like an open window where you can watch them work on your device I guess. Well, the girl ask a few questions and the guy told her yeah they would fix it for her. Then asked her for a certain amount of money (unsure of amount) without even so much as looking at the phone. And she paid it and handed him her phone. He really made her pay for it up front unseen!! He then told her to leave her phone and to be back before they close which was an hour from then. She asked how long and he said it could take anywhere from five minutes to 55 minutes he said just be back before they close. So she offered to stay and wait and was just gonna take a seat there. They had a couple chairs you could sit at and I guess watch them work on your device. Well, the man told him no she wasn’t allowed to sit in there. She had to sit outside if she was gonna sit there, and he really didn’t want her to even do that. So I thought this was pretty strange if it were me personally, I definitely would not paid for him to do anything before he fixed it especially if I was not allowed to even sit in the building while he was repairing it. What else are the chairs for if not watching them through the big window work on your precious phone). After that I would make sure it was correct and then pay him. Me personally, I would’ve just taken my device and left and went somewhere else if he would’ve treated me like that. But for my shipping services I gave it three stars because he was nice and friendly and it was quick, but I’m just from what I saw I didn’t necessarily like the way the customer was treated and I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there just due to maybe being treated like that as well. But for shipping, definitely I mean it’s quick and easy but I don’t know about using this place for anything else. It’s kind of questionable."
