"We finally made it back to the town we live in. And had to take the white 2016 Chrysler 200 right to our mechanic. This car to start: All four tires needed air, that is dangerous! The power locks do not work with the key fob nor by pressing the buttons inside the car, your mechanics called you to make you aware of this and we were told all that was done was the engine was changed and they didn’t touch anything! The trunk will not open with the key fob nor from the button inside the car nor from the button on the actual trunk! Both front blinkers are not working, both front high beams are out, front drivers side head light is out. Rear passenger light is out, rear drivers side blinker is out. The steering wheel keeps stiffing up as if the car is sliding in ice and the icon on the dash board is on! On this day of Sep 10th 2022 there was absolutely no rain nor ice on our commute from your shop in Delaware to our mechanic in PA! Please tell me why this car given back up with a LIST of problems and dangerous ones at that, that it DID NOT have when it dropped off there. This is car is completely unsafe and you should feel your never to let a car leave your place of business with dangerous and potential life threatening issues. I’m writing you in advance with this list. Once our mechanic has looked it over next week we will know exactly what is wrong and needing to go to court to have this rectified is definitely an option. We gave you $1800.00 and the car is at another mechanic within hours from picking it up and you refuse to pick up the phone when Torrie is calling you!! UPDATE he did pick up the line after calling several times and he refuses to take any responsibility and did say on recorded line that yes these electrical problems can happen when an engine is changed. And his garage changed the engine. Soooo……."
