"Very good place to get your car fixed, I had a good experience on having my tires replaced. Timing was a little off but they’re a busy shop so they’re doing the best they can with what they can! "Definitely need to work on time management. I booked an appointment for 2pm on Nov 27, 2023. My car sat in the parking lot until it was taken back at 2:45pm. At 2:48pm I was informed that the tires that I ordered online hours earlier were unavailable. They did not start changing my tires until 3pm and I didn't leave until 4pm which caused me to be late picking up my son."
"I've been bringing the car here for only about 1 year for oil changes. First one was great, time efficient. Second waited a Lil longer. 3rd time, after being at the shop over a hour and no work has been done, I rescheduled. Here again, going on 45 mins and car hasn't been touched. I was told the car would be taken right in. Each and every time I have had an appointment and it doesn't matter, takes way to long to get started.. Why have appointment when the shop doesn't follow it. My time is very important to me. Apparently not to Pep boys. I won't be coming back here. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache. They also claim the tires were rotated. NOT!"
