"Employees and customers belittled by a loud mouth know it all version of Porky Pig. Must be an owner since she didn’t care. Maybe missed a meal that day? Also, totally wrong on how to fix my issue. Bought the part and replaced it in less than five minutes at home."
"I had a singer sewing machine a friend gave me and something was going wrong with the bobbin. I tired to figure it out but couldn't. I found Delaware sewing company and it came with great reviews. I took my singer there today and was educated on what was wrong with it and a price to fix it but they also explained that it really wasn't worth fixing as there was no guarantee that it wouldn't happen again. The ladies there showed me some new and better models that came with a warranty and a free class. Debbie showed me how to use it and all its features. I wasn't happy with having to buy a new machine but I am thrilled with now having a machine that will work when I sit down to use it. ❤"
