"If I could give more stars, I would! Four and a half years ago we had a new a/c and heating system installed by another company. No matter what we did it was too hot on the second floor and too cold on the first floor. Air Doctorx came in and examined the system and confirmed my suspicions...it was a bit much for the size of our house! A simple solution, and what we had been trying to get the other guys to help us with, was to reroute the air flow from the second floor to the basement and add ductless mini-splits in the two second floor bedrooms. We ended up adding a ductless unit in our sunroom also. Now the whole house is perfectly comfortable! And the technicians who did the work were fabulous! The work was top notch and our house wasn't trashed in the process!!! They kept things clean and tidy and even put things back into a closet that they had had to remove to get the job done! I can't say enough about how great Mark and his team are!!! He listened to our concerns and created a plan to address the issues. And then the technicians executed those plans perfectly. The office staff are also great to work with! I wish we had used Air Doctorx four and a half years ago - we would have gotten what would work best for us and not what someone else wanted to sell us. Air Doctorx is the best!!!!!"

"Maybe they were good before, but certainly not now. My unit has never worked right from the day it was installed. Had to run extra circuit no one told me about. Fan unit caught fire on brand new unit. Very unresponsive to service calls. Billed twice for hundreds of dollars "in error." Late to appointments. Don't reach back out to reschedule. Overall, just bad. I love smaller companies and support local, but there has to be a balance with at least some expected level of service."
