"I went to go get a small sound fixed from my car and when I went to pick it up after the service, the original sound was fixed but then it had a different and louder sound and when I told him about it he said I had to pay for a new part and pay for another service. He was very aggressive and rude and even called me ignorant for bringing up the issue, he claimed that it was a big problem and when I fixed it, it was actually a very small issue that cost me $10 to fix. I knew Pedro for years and this was definitely not something I expected from him. Very disappointed. Will never go back."
