"In September of 2023 I brought my car to caliber collision to be repaired and I was pleased ...... Quite often when consumers get get work done, everyone is nice and has great customer service but if there's an issue afterwards that's when the customer service is truly tested ..... A couple months later in January of 2024 I realized I had an issue. I called caliber collision. They told me to bring my car in the next day and they got everything fixed ! Shout out to Dave and Alex! .... Caliber collision of Newark stands by their work and has great customer service. I would definitely recommend to a friend."

"From the moment I walked into caliber collision they made everything so easy to handle. They walked me through every step of the way, in what they were going to fix and do to my car. Any questions I had they had an answer for it, and they didn’t leave no question unanswered! They made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole repair and They set a date on when the car was going to be done and available on and thankfully it got done 2 days sooner. When they called for me to pick it up, I went in and they explained everything to me. Then we proceeded outside to my car which had upfront parking and he showed me all the work they did. They explain the warranty for everything and answered all of my questions and concerns. Customer service here was the best I’ve ever seen!! I can’t thank them enough!!"
