I called this morning to find out if the time frame could be narrowed down and was told by PAM IN THE RUDEST POSSIBLE WAY .....WE DON'T SERVICE YOUR AREA, WE DON'T SERVICE YOUR AREA...... Can you please explain to me why fridgidair is making an appointment for me if this is correct. Elisabeth Thurber"

"Although I read reviews, I was willing to give this business a chance. WRONG!!! They want monies up front, yet do not want to give you contract. Who in their right mind would pay full repair amount up front before repair is done? Please be very carefully if you deal with this company."

"Our LG dishwasher died so LG gave us a list of local appliance repair companies. This company was unfortunately the only one who would service this brand. I agreed to pay the unheard of $95 to come out and diagnose the problem. Two guys showed up who were friendly enough and told us the parts needed to fix our machine. We were told there would be a $150 labor fee which we agreed to. About a week later we were told the parts came in and set up another service. Before doing that we were told to pay the $150 labor fee beforehand. I was skeptical but desperate after 2+ weeks of a broken dishwasher. The tech came back with the parts and began to install. After being at our house for about 20 mins he said the dishwasher could not be fixed and he needed to pick up another part. He gave me no eta on when that would happen and left in a hurry. Three days later we receive another $250 invoice for the additional part. We declined and are now disputing the original $150 service fee since it was misdiagnosed and not fixed. Stay away from this company and LG products."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We were required to use them through our Lowe's warranty. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are highly unprofessional, unprepared, and lack any customer service. They took 4 weeks to repair our washing machine, left the dirty water in it for said 4 weeks. Needed to use our shop-vac, then left it for us to empty and clean. Used our towels to contain water draining and then left them on the floor for us to clean up. Talked about his dog having diarrhea all night. The worst customer service ever!"
