"Really wanted to not leave a negative review as I know how they effect a workplace. I recently had 5k worth of repairs done here along with a MD state inspection only to later find out that bolts on the oil pan were not tight after replacing the gasket causing a leak. Had a right front wheel bearing and control arm installed and the strut was not placed back into the knuckle fully at reassembly causing the sway bar end link to break as I drove it home. I called to make it known as I have to now repay for these corrections. I was told the manager would call as he was on a hunting trip. I never got a call back. Just a little disappointed. I was fair when I called and did not cause a scene as I know some would. Needless to say, I will not go back nor with I refer anyone."

"This was a pretty terrible experience. Our car failed inspection, they told us what was needed to fix. We got a loan out (over 2,550 in repairs) and they said “it will be done Wednesday or Thursday”. Friday rolls around and no phone call to update us. We called in on Friday and they said they were working on it. Next week comes and mid week we were told it’s done. But they can’t inspect it yet because the guy went on vacation (like, get stuff done before you leave on vacation). The following Tuesday after that we call back because again, we heard nothing from them. Now the guy is apparently sick. We had to argue for them to call someone and get it inspected. It was so bad. If there was communication from their end, it wouldn’t have been as bad but it was us making the efforts. Plus, someone on the phone said “it’s not their problem”, but yes…..yes it is because our car is there at their shop and this is way over the time we were quoted. 3 days turned into 2.5 weeks. We got a $22 discount for alllll that trouble and me losing my job because of this….woo. Never again. But thankfully the only good thing was the owner being nice and calling someone to finally do something. ALSO they left the control arm bolts they “fixed” LOOSE and without the washers put back on and it could have killed one of us!!!!"
