They have a strict no-returns policy on electronics even unopened ones, which is probably the right call for them, since their electronics are marked up about 50% from most other stores. Be entirely sure you are going to use what you buy there, since you are stuck with what you get, I see other reviewers are indicating a strict returns policy on other things."
