"They always make you wait for a long time before they take your order, they do not even greet you nor tell you “I will be right with you” and it doesn’t matter if they are busy or not. They are always talking between employees and ignore the customer. What a shame. It used to be a friendly store. I have been coming since they opened for business."
"Everyone here is so sweet and friendly! Definitely can see the teamwork at this store. Joannne (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is also so up beat and friendly saying hello to everyone who comes in and goes above and beyond when you order. Leonard also goes above and beyond when making your food. They are both the sweetest people and you can tell they take pride in their job and really loves their job! Everyone here is amazing. I love this Starbucks!"
