"I saw the band Pop Stereo at the saloon and had the most fun I’ve ever had at the saloon. Wes was the absolute best bartender accompanied with a great live band. I wasn’t expecting a winter performer to be so great. The lead singer blew it out of the park and the band sounded great. I would return every weekend with this band and this amazing bartender. Thank you Purple Moose for a great winter get away (better than the summer bands, seriously!!)"
"Nothing but Great things to say about this place. We went in to have a beer we ended up staying for 3-4 hours. The whole place is Awesome. The place is Huge. The bar goes around the whole place. The lights are Awesome. It was Wednesday night so they had a DJ spinning some great music and the system sounds so good. I ended up buying a very nice shirt. If you are looking for some Great times Excellent Drinks, and a Lifetime of Great Memory's. Then whenever you are in Ocean City the Purple Moose is a Must go to place. We will Definitely Be Back!!"
"The place has been around a long time. It's nice to still have a venue at the beach to go see bands play still. The drinks are good, the beer is cold, and shots come a plenty. Prices are a bit high for drinks, but it's at the beach. The negative of the place is the smell. It is very musty smelling in there and gets worse every year. This last time I was in was off-putting. Couldn't stay long due to it. Still a fun bar on the boardwalk though."
"Located right on the boardwalk, this is an oasis sitting off of the beach. Famous for their Bloody Mary, but plenty of cold beers, ciders, and seltzer type beverages available in many, varieties. The atmosphere is fun and friendly and they have live entertainment....check their schedule. The staff are great and go out of their way to ensure you have an awesome experience. Check out the t-shirts and souvenirs, they are pretty cool. Highly recommend giving them a try!!!"
