"Henry Joseph Tyler did our taxes. He rushed through it and ignored my wifes attempts to correct him when he was trying to input incorrect information until she forced him to stop and change it. This H&R block charged us more than twice what the one on Kent Island always charged us. Our experience here was beyond unsatisfactory and we will not be coming back."

"I have a friend that is going through this location. They have refused to let her sign some documentation and when Lisa was called, she was completely disrespectful. It was bad enough that my friend heard her on the phone talking with the employee. When the employee hung up, she had to apologize to my friend. This will not be the last of this situation as I will be bringing this up the chain of command and contacting the next in line."
