"Not sure about Bank of America yet since I’m a new customer but the staff at the Bridgeton branch were very nice, polite and knowledgeable. Not just with me but with the other customers that came in while I was in airing to open an account (not long wait). Saw a few customers that didn’t speak English and pretty much the hole staff spoke Spanish so you are covered there if you are a hispanic immigrant. For me the way a company treats you is just as important as the quality of service you get. Good job."
