"Wish I could rate higher, but issues with delivery complicate things. I have had a few orders either lost or delayed due to Kea's use of "Fed Ex SmartPost". This method of shipment saves Kea money but increases the probability of a problem (especially on the USPS side or tracking information via Fed-Ex when tendered to USPS). Their (Kea) direct communication could use improvement but overall issues eventually get resolved. Thanks!"
