"My Felder 700 S Proffional saw/shaper that I purchased has increased the proficiency and quality of my furniture business. Couple of years ago I purchased the Hammer A3-41 jointer thickness planer. Another upgrade to my shop. This year my I will be upgrading my bandsaw with the Felder FB 610. My tool rep and customer service are out of this world. I am a one man shop. "Felder has no parts available, no technicians available. Nobody answers the phone or calls back usually. They create a “ticket” that nobody follows up on. They don’t care about customers. Unfortunately a bad experience with our cnc and edgebander. We have been down on production several times waiting for service, parts or even just an answer."
