In 4 days last week his crew, headed by Ernesto, completed the tear off and rebuild adding a rail system to bring this 2nd level porch up to code. He always returned calls and didn't text or email. He took care of the city permits and fit the job in around my houseguests. The crew arrived at 8am and left at 5, sometimes worked in extreme heat and smoke. Each night the work site was cleaned up. "I had a large scale project involving the demolition of an older, round, flat -roof porch and not to scale dormer to be replaced with a larger, pitched roof, L-shaped porch and larger, better suited to the house dormer in addition to a new roof, skylights and Azek trim around the entire roof line. The project also involved removing sections of old concrete from the existing porch and the pouring of concrete to fit the new porch footprint, along with a brick trim that had to marry with the existing brick, so just about a little bit of everything going on with this reno. From my first meeting with Steve (the owner) I was at ease but cautious. Steve understood my vision where several other contractors could not. He was patient and thorough. Communicated everything and answered ALL my questions and earned my trust. His subcontractors were professional, respectful and excellent at their specialities. The work from all exceeded my expectations. There were small hiccups along the way as expected with any renovation but Steve, his foreman and crews were on sight immediately and everything was rectified to my satisfaction.
