"Our sales rep jodi , was not clear and precise , she neglected to tell us things we needed to know. I have 3200 square feet of flooring done. The workers broke my dishwasher, they put white trim on wood floors and cabinets (looked horrible) they broke and stole pictures off my upstairs walls (one we found shattered and hidden in the bed sheets) Jodi took pictures to repair and never returned them, the a painter for the trim in the Bathroom dripped paint on my new floors and missed some of the actual trim, and Jodi's resolution was pay me the balance.. I asked to speak to manger she said she has none. just the owner which she would not let me speak to. She claims to have emailed and text me , I said prove it cause I have nothing, She suddenly had nothing to say. Would not recommend at all."

"Have bought new window/sliding door blinds for the entire house and had blinds repaired over the years. They are dependable, sell quality products, and provide expert installation. The staff is courteous and knowlegable. We have had excellent experiences with Bob their installer who is friendly, a good communicator, and efficient in blind installation. We will continue to buy products from Mike's in the future."
