"Unimpressed. We didn't choose to use Mann & Sons, but the owner of the rental property we were renting from did. Pre-rental communications were great. We were arriving late on a Friday evening, which isn't unusual for Delaware/Maryland beaches after school is in session. Because of this late check in we were utilizing their "late checkin" afterhours system. We were told that our rental packet and key would be in the drop box awaiting our arrival. We got to their location, entered the code, only to be greeted by an empty box. We called the emergency number we had been given only to hear it ringing at the realty office. However, on the voicemail we were about to get a different number. We called that, and were told it would be at least a half hour before they could get someone to us. We had also contacted the owner of the property, who was able to provide an immediate resolution. So everything "worked out." But the stress inducing beginnings were not what we were envisioning. I am not saying avoid these guys, as it was what I believe to be an honest mistake. But it's my story of the only interaction I have had with them."
