"I ordered on Google. It always seems to mess up orders. I ordered a small turkey and a small cheesesteak. Both no I onions. My husband doesn't like them and I have weird allergies. I reluctantly called because my cheesesteak had onions on it. I don't like to make a fuss. But I also spent $10 on a small cheesesteak I couldn't eat. I called back the manager said they can remake it. They were so nice and friendly and I really enjoyed my food. My husband says his sandwich was great too; it also had onions on it, but they were easy for him to pick off and he doesnt have allergies. We will be coming back. The staff seemed like a great bunch of kids. Keep up the good work ♥️ I'm sure working on a Friday night isn't fun, so I appreciate all of them."
"Ordered medium waygu cheesesteaks. Paid for extra meat and this is what we were given. It’s an absolute joke to consider this extra meat! If that’s the case imagine how sad looking the regular cheesesteaks are! What a disgrace."
"The sandwich maker was great, but the guy at the counter was a little rude. Didn't Crack a smile the whole time I was there and insisted on talking over me instead of listening to me and getting my simple order for 1 sub. Have always had a great experience at the Basin Rd store in New Castle, I've been going there for 30 plus years. Great people up there lots of energy no matter how busy they are"
"Very very disappointed in my recent order. Spent $65.00 on 4 sandwiches which were meatless to say the least. What was there was burnt and tasteless! Would not recommend wasting your money on this establishment!"
