"Me and my husband have been saving for a few years to get new carpet and LVP flooring throughout our house. We started our search at Lowe’s in Wilmington and within a few days realized that wasn’t going to work. Twice I called the store and there was no one at all working in the department and in 3 other calls, we spoke to 3 different people. I could have picked a big box retailer to get the job done and the price might have been a little bit cheaper, but what you get working with a small business is the care, attention and quality. "I'll start by saying we had a wonderful experience with Tuckers. Excellent communication and all around customer service. I mainly communicated with Jennifer who was amazing with answering my inquiries before and after the install. The install team was polite and professional. I inquired about one of my thresholds being more flush after the install and Bruce was happy to come over and install some risers to help make the carpet look and feel better on the feet since our floorboards were low in that spot and against hardwood. Very nice job overall and i would definitely have them do more rooms in our home."
