"We’ve been working with Jonathan on our bathroom remodel for all of our shower tile. From the first day we came in, he was so patient and helpful, laying out all our options and talk through additional things we may need for the project and what to consider based on the tile we were picking. Since then, he’s been incredibly responsive returning calls and texts quickly. We’ve had to add on more flooring and wall tiles to our order mid project and the only reason we were able to stay on track with our contractor was because of the care and responsiveness Jon took while working with us and making sure our supply came in time. We can’t rave about our experience working with him enough and he certainly gained us as returning customers. We’ll be returning to Avalon first for all future projects."
