"I recently had the misfortune of visiting this nail salon, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was colder than an Antarctic winter. The staff at this place has a reputation for being incredibly rude, and my experience only confirmed this! But the horror doesn't end there; the sanitation practices in this establishment are questionable at best, especially when it comes to their pedicure procedures. I couldn't help but cringe at the lack of cleanliness, and it left me wondering whether I should have brought my hazmat suit. Today's visit was prompted by a broken nail, and let me assure you, it wasn't due to my negligence. The so-called "technician" decided to use a paper-thin layer of acrylic during my last visit, and when I questioned it, I was told it was perfectly fine. Now, I'm no expert, but after decades of getting my nails done, I have a pretty good idea of what's acceptable. Fast forward to today when I informed the person who normally does brows but was at the front desk that my nail broke just four days after the last visit. Instead of empathy, all I got was a dismissive attitude and an offer to fix it for the low, low price of 5 dollars. Never mind that the rest of the set was intact - she couldn't care less. When I mentioned that I was just there four days ago, she accused me of breaking it myself, insisting that I must have hit it on something. I tried to explain that I didn't, but my pleas fell on deaf ears. To add insult to injury, the overall feeling I got was that they simply don't care about their customers, especially if they happen to have a different skin color. YES, I SAID IT! I've heard rumors, but today I experienced it firsthand. I will never again patronize this establishment. If you're looking for a friendly place that cares about its customers, DON'T COME TO this salon. Oh, and did I mention my set cost $75? I'm not complaining about the price, but having to pay for a shoddy job that wasn't my fault is simply unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and find a salon that values its customers and their hard-earned money. Never should people go where they are not welcomed just tolerated!!!"

"They do not stick to appointment times. EVER! You schedule a time and the operator is doing another client and yet you are expected to WAIT until they are done. I sooo miss going to the salon I used to go to a few years back in North Wilm. I live too far out from them now. However, I'm seriously thinking about making the sacrifice and taking the hike up there because this is ridiculous!!!"

"I used to love this shop (mainly for my brow servicing), but not anymore. The male owner is always wonderful, excellent customer service, but his wife (or I think that is his wife) leaves a lot to be desired. Today was the 2nd time I came in to have my brows serviced and her attitude was stank! I actually ended up leaving and I will not be coming back. Yes, they are good, but there are many others in the business who do quality work who will be more appreciative of my business! Do I recommend you go there... Absolutely NOT!!!"

"some workers are good at full sets and some are NOT ! not sure of his name but he usually sits in desk #1 and he did a terrible job. Way too much acrylic and almond shape does not fit my finger . His attitude is also not professional at all. This place needs to work on customer friendly service ."
