"walked in to get a full set w/gel polish. There were no customers in sight. I thought I would be welcomed in, but unfortunately I wasn’t at all. The guy in the photo was glued to his phone barely making eye contact, the lady was cleaning a UV Lamp, and another guy was just walking around. It took a while before anyone began on my nails, but I assumed that it would be a quick process considering there were no other customers. The guy (in the photo) begins applying the tips, but I noticed how crooked they were and how large the nail tips were compared to what I usually get done. I simply spoke on what I didn’t like, but never in a rude manner. Besides, if you don’t like something, simply ask them to correct it and proceed. Instead, the guy throws a tantrum, stopped the process, throws down the nail tools, and says, “If you don’t like it, go somewhere else then!” Who does that???! Never have I gone to a nail salon and experienced terrible, unprofessional, and rude behavior from a nail salon. The lady appeared to be nice and removed the nails so I could leave, but it was all a facade even with her. I would NEVER go back to this place and I DO NOT recommend them!!! DO NOT, I MEAN DO NOT EVER GET YOUR NAILS DONE BY THIS GUY!!! He does not know what he’s doing and when he has a bad day, he takes it out on other people."

"I went here to get nails fixed and the man who did them was amazing. He fixed the shape without extra cost and was very patient and attentive.
