"I got a chicken sandwich with mayo and American cheese. The employee put half a gallon of mayonnaise on it so much than it was sliding off the bun, and when I thanked her for making my food she didn’t say anything back! Also, the chicken tastes like it’s been out for a long time. But the cashier was very nice as usual!!"
"ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. "New more crispy chicken" is soggy as hell. The "new crispier fries" are rock hard. Food tastes horrible. This is the worst wawa ever. Stop somewhere else."
"Worst Wawa EVERRRRRR!!! They never have the sandwich melts in the morning (pork roll/pepperoni, etc).... & EVERY time I go in there, they get my order wrong. :( I pay for extra stuff (cheese/bacon/ w.e. the case may be), which costs extra money and it's never on there... then I check my families sandwich(es) and get an attitude when I tell them something is wrong or they forgot something. Last time I had no bacon on my sandwich, tomatoes (which I'm allergic to), and my bread was soggy from the ample amount of vinegar that they put on it. (I don't eat vinegar on my hoagies, even checked the receipt thing to make sure I didn't accidentally click it). This is literally the closest Wawa to my house, but I guess I'll have to drive the 20 mins to the next one."
"Coffee is always empty or cold and have to wait for new pots to be brewed. Person behind coffe island is rude when asked for new pots of coffee and always seems to be more interested in talking with coworkers than keeping up with duties of making sure coffe is full and hot"
"I just broke a tooth on one of their rolls!! It’s like every time I get a sandwich the rolls are hard and over cooked!!! Fix this!!! Nothing but bad experiences !!!"
