They came out and provided incredible service and their food was top notch. Everyone had the most positive reviews of the food (especially the Surf and Turf). "Waited an hour outside in the heat for a rice and pulled pork dish at Tyler Arboretum. When I asked for utensils I was told they ran out. No apology. No suggestions. Server literally turned away and moved on to next order. Pulled pork was tender but lacked any distinguishing flavor profile. I would have forgiven the whole thing if there had been any communication about the shortage or an apology. Sadly, I got neither."
