"I’m not gonna leave a 1 star review because I really do enjoy the food here, and I also work in sales/service so I know how much a businesses reviews affect the well being of the establishment. I consider myself a reasonable guy and I generally give people the benefit of the doubt to a fault. My wife and I come here all the time because we’re right in the neighborhood and it’s convenient and the food just so happens to be decent. BUT, the service sucks. Whenever we call in an order or even walk in the place we’re made to feel almost as if we’re inconveniencing the staff. Now I know it’s hard to find a job that you LOVE going to, but you are being paid to do a job and if you don’t like your station in life right now than you need to do something about it and stop rubbing the negativity onto the people bringing money in for YOUR paychecks; not a very good strategy. (Rant over). Any who, I came in tonight to pick up my order, stood in line and the cashier didn’t even look up at me. She helped 2 people that had just walked in after I did, until I finally said something and she continued to help them and then another one! So that’s 3 people altogether! 1 of them after I said something! Ridiculous! I don’t know if there’s some kind of different line etiquette that’s different from the rest of the world here, but not ok. AT LEAST acknowledge your customers, at the least."
"Place is small and unimpressive. Went in to get take out. But let me tell you what great sandwiches they have! Got a cheesesteak and also jalapeño poppers. Everything was great. Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and we had a great experience! Will definitely be back!"
