"This place is better than wings to go, but still not the best wings I've had. Unfortunately, if you place an order for multiple wings and multiple sauces on your wing, they may combine all of the flavors into one package. They don't mark what is what, so you have to kind of taste things to figure out what you're eating. It would be very helpful for them to mark what wings are what flavor. Service was nice and the lady at the front was very pleasant. Overall speed wasn't great, but they did look like they were a little bit busy."
"If I could give it absolutely no stars I would the staff is extremely rude. I went to the Dover location to pick up an online order. I stood patiently and waited for 10 minutes while the two women that were working look directly at me and continue to have a personal conversation while showing each other pictures on their phone. There were other customers standing and waiting as well to be serviced. When I was finally able to get their attention one of the ladies mumbled under her breath you can wait once they were finished with their conversation she slammed my bag down on the counter along with my drink and walked away this treatment was absolutely horrible and I will never return to this location"
"Our wings are always cooked to perfection. Hot, fresh, crispy. I recommend ordering from this place ahead of time. If you order while you are there it takes around 25-35 minutes. I believe every order is cooked fresh to order so wait time is long. Also don’t forget to ask for your drink if you get a combo bc they won’t remind you."
"This wingstop is great! Fresh,hot and juicy chicken with fries ready to order. The staff tonight was very friendly and getting it done. The manager was making sure things got done in a timely manner."
"The service was amazing. The girl working there was very kind and apologetic for the wait. I don't understand how you as a company will have three people working on a busy Friday night. The store was packed with more people piling in. I won't be ordering here until you treat your employees better."
