"This location literally makes up their own hours of operation. There was 1 car at the window receiving their order. Meanwhile the automated speaker says “I’m sorry we are closed” as I look at the time it was only 10:30pm. Manager stated she closed because it was slow. However Checkers had a line wrapped around 4th Street. As well as McDonald’s drivethru line was wrapped around to their drivethru exit. It’s unfortunate that this location can close when they’re “Bored” instead of CLEANING in between customers while its “Too slow” to keep the business running to bring in FRIDAY NIGHTS REVENUE!!! Very poor customer service. What’s the point of having a PHONE if NOBODY ever answers it; especially in the event that an order may have been messed up & needed to let the manager know of this mistake."
"Poor service later in the day. Twice in the last 30 days I have to this location and they seem to mess things up. Last time they charged me for sour cream and never gave it to me or on my items.. Even the supreme tacos didn't have any. This time they gave me the sour cream on all the correct items however they gave me my mexican pizza side ways ans it was a mess."
