"Excellent service. The burger was made very well. It wasn't all thrown together like most wendys. I will go back to this one if im in the area again."
"Went through the drive-through and ordered a Cobb salad and when I got home and opened it up and took my first bite there was a hair in my mouth. So gross .I called immediately and spoke to the manager who would not give me her name and told me that I could come back at any time and get another salad but I don’t know if I want another salad from there. I might really just want a refund now my dinner is ruined."
"Quite possibly the rudest person behind the speaker and window ever. I’m not sure what she has going on in her life but I’m a manager at a restaurant and I never let my personal life bother my work life. No customer deserves to be yelled at just for ordering food from the place they work. All I said was I have a mobile order, she already had an attitude. When I pull up she said there’s no sauce for you fries then slammed the window. Ruined my experience no matter how adequate the food was."
"Wendy's food is consistently good. I just wish they would learn how to keep the lines moving quickly like McDonald's always does. On my last visit, I had to wait 5 minutes to get my credit card back after getting my order that I waited at least 10 minutes for."
"I normally do the drive-through, but today, I did dine in for breakfast. The food was standard Wendy's fair. The dining room area at 9:30am was horrible. Whomever closed the store did not care about what the front looked like for the morning crew. UPDATE: So as I'm finishing and an associate comes out with a broom. I'm the only person in the dining area. He starts sweeping around the table. I was like hey I'm eating and you are kicking up all this dust around me. He was like sorry and goes to the opposite end of the area. I'm done....."
