"Had an issue with my order and they resolved the problem with no animosity. I have seen many U Tube vids about unruly customers going ballistic over a simple mistake. Number 1, I have managed up to 3 car washes at one point. Have had many people accuse my business for damages. Was able to resolve the situation with no argument. The managers I talked to were very professional. I will keep going to this location because of that."
"I had gotten the woper jr. duo meal (2), Larg fry, larg o ring. What easily would have cost 30$ cost about 15$. I recommend B. K. To some of the other burger chains.. The restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. The dinning area was set up for a kid friendly Presentation. I was greeted with a smile and professional courtesy. Definitely recommend..."
"Went to this location at 11pm and wasn’t sure if they were open but was pleasantly surprised when they were! Went through the drive through and the woman who was there was amazing. Super nice and happy. She even told me she was making fresh onion rings for me and brought them out to my car when they were done."
"Ordered classic chicken sandwich with cheese and tomato and large fry. While waiting, I noticed receipt said Italian chicken. I approached again and said that I didn't want the Italian version. The Latino gentleman spoke to the Latina. She said that the price is the same. Then she started talking to the workers in back, " No tomate'". I got home, no tomato. There wasn't any tomato sauce to qualify it as Italian, but for over $10 ,it had 2 pieces of cheese on top of each other in the middle of the sandwich, smothered in mayo and lettuce, and hot fries. They've lost what made them good"
"We visit Burger King so infrequently, they always amaze me beyond belief. Burgers that actually look like the picture, hot food, and friendly service. Why don’t we visit more often?"
