"Always empty and quiet here but the staff have always been great to me. Food as everywhere has gone up in prices. They have new fried but the burgers are good. New coating on the chicken tenders are great."

"I have been going to this Hardee’s for the last 8+ years and have always gone back daily during the week for breakfast. One of our favorite reasons of going was the employees. My crew and I met the sweetest shift leader Megan many years ago and even though she seemed shy, she always had a great attitude, smile on her face and always made sure that our order was hot and fresh. After a while she knew exactly what we wanted. We were very excited to hear she was going to train for a management position even though that would take her from this location to the one in Cambridge for a little while. I can say I was honestly disappointed when I was told that she would not be back because apparently there is no position open for her there NOW. How are YOU at corporate ok with this?? This is a young lady that worked hard (many years in that store), had many of us as regular customers, and treated us like family. I’m sure she did not speak up, as that is her being the type of person that she is. I think it is wrong, and my crew and I now drive 20 minutes to Cambridge instead 5 minutes from my business. We are hoping to persuade her to seek another job, one closer to her home, and one that will actually value the person she is. She deserves more than what you have given her."

"The food is Delicious and Hand Battered, Fresh and Hot, Hand Scooped Ice Cream and a Real Shake Blender! I was disappointed that the shakes only come in one size... Small. Well worth any wait time because you're getting handmade food from a fast food restaurant! What a concept, love it!"

"The two employees that were working were friendly and made sure everything was right. I was asked all the right things like do you want a combo, do you want to upsize your order, would you like to try our, ect. The manager was inside with them reading them their negative review comments while the worked instead of applauding them for doing a great job or you know helping them!"

"Great people, well staffed and quick, attentive crew. The blue shirt fella up front spotted and quickly sent back and corrected an error in our order before we ever saw it. Already maxed out, but extra star worthy novel design decisions: Extra bench near the register to give patrons with limited mobility somewhere comfortable to wait for a take away order."
