"Ordered online, went to pick up the food, drove back home just to be missing half of my order. Came back they made me wait 20 min for the rest of the order then the other half was already cold. They actually didn’t care much about the situation so probably just a normal thing. This ended up taking 2 hours of my time. Please check your order before leaving the store."
"We placed an order and sat for 27 minutes until we received our food. Then we got to the car, checked the food, and the order was wrong. We took it back and a couple employees were arguing about who got the order wrong. We waited again for the right order. We went home and found that the garlic parmesan wings had minimal seasoning on them. There was seasoning only on the top wings. The corn was lukewarm in temperature."
"It took an hour for me to get 29 wings!! They were nice, but an HOUR! I ordered a pizza 15mins after I ordered the wings, now that's cold! Then on top of that instead of the manager helping his crew he's worried about whether or not they're taking surveys! So, I'm guessing some of these "good" reviews are from the employees and NOT actual customers! NEVER AGAIN!!"
"It should not take longer to get your food then the drive to the store especially when you ordered it online, walk in the store and can see your order sitting there only to be asked to wait so that the cashier person can help the only cook in the back that was moving slightly faster than a snail. Then there's the food; fries were luke warm at best, the garlic parmasean wings had half the cheese shaker on them and the other order of wings had very little sauce and they weren't very hot. The best part of the meal was the blue cheese. Very disappointing! They might want to share the definition of customer service with the employees."
