"I really want to line this restaurant. The nostalgia behind the name and years of good food and great ice cream. After changing ownership years ago, things seem a little off. It becomes hit or miss. I had a delicious BLT but it came with cole slaw that tastes like a chemical. Thankfully the ice cream is still a standout. The wait staff provide service with a smile. I hope the chain survives - I see many closed locations which makes me upset but I can kind of understand why."
"Food wasn't that good. Pastrami melt was watery and soggy. Had no taste. Service was standard. We had a large group and had to get them to correct our check twice. I would think you'd know your menu by now and which meals came with desserts..."

"Friendly's always serves up good food to either eat in or to take out. My family loves to indulge our sweet teeth once a month with their extensive variety of yummy ice cream sundies and thick milk shakes. We also love their ice cream cakes!"
