"Cashier barely acknowledged our existence too busy horsing around and gossiping. One person did not wear gloves at all while making sides putting her hands in the bowls and such. One girl was just walking around aimlessly too worried about flirting with customers. People complaining about waiting around for 20 mins and more. There is always sort of issue going there at night. Maybe management needs to take a look at their night shift."

"Never any chicken ready. Always a 30 min wait. Sides were cold. Cashier very unresponsive to anything I said even when I thanked her. Tables were dirty. Manager screaming at people in the back of the kitchen. Tried again after a year of not coming here and not gonna try again."

"Arrived for my on-line order at 12:15 PM. Front cashier had a nasty attitude saying she didn’t have my order on the screen and to move over because she had other people in line. I showed her the order and charge on my phone and she once again said too bad it’s not there to order it again on the app since it wasn’t on her screen. Obviously I wasn’t going to do that because I was already charged. Thankfully the manager came over and found my order on the screen and made it for me. I was grateful for her. The front employee was also aggressive with other customers after me yelling and saying remarks to them and being rude. I felt so bad for them since they were old and were being mistreated like that. It’s unacceptable."

"We ordered online so all we had to do was go in and pick it up. That was nice. The kid at the counter never greeted me or even looked up as I walked in the door and up to the counter to grab my order. I didn't let it ruin my mood though. It's hard to beat an 8 piece meal with 3 sides for 10 dollars. I would recommend everyone order online, skip the wait and lack of customer service, you will be better off. I'll probably be back again, after all it is Kentucky fried chicken."
