"I regrettably have to advise anyone reading this to STAY AWAY from this establishment and find an honest and welcoming veterinary practice in the area. Deceptive: I was misled to believe that a “reversal drug” was the sole course of action prior to me picking up my dog after her x-rays. There was no mention of price associated with this (I believed that was all “part of the process”), whereas I later found out I could have waited a few hours to get my dog and not have been charged $90 for the reversal. (It’s not about the money, it’s about the PRINCIPLE and how this was all handled.) When I politely inquired about the charge following my dog’s pickup, I was informed they would not be refunding that portion of the $600+ bill. Client-unfriendly: they charge $10 to simply WRITE a prescription…can you believe that?! Nickle-and-diming to the extreme. No vet I’ve ever gone to in four states (or the vet of anyone to whom I’ve told this) charges customers to write a prescription. Build it into the price of an office visit. You’d ultimately make more money anyway. It’s just very cheap of them to do things this way. But wait…there’s more! They will not even fax the prescription over to a pharmacy. It’s “too much work for the staff.” Shows how much they want to provide an easy customer experience. So you have to drive out, pay for the prescription, pick it up, drive to the pharmacy, go home, then go back to the pharmacy to get it. OR, you can get the prescription through their egregiously overpriced online pharmacy. Additionally, despite having pleasant and respectful dialogue with every member of the staff in the year-and-a-half I’ve been coming here (including hand-delivering them a holiday card), I received a piece of mail stating that I was no longer welcome to bring my pets there “because of my behavior.” This is unfounded, laughable, and a weak attempt at saving face. You just lost four pets because you couldn’t acknowledge that what you did was slimy."

"Dr Dayton is our regular vet and is awesome, Dr Ford saw us today on short notice and took great of our tabby, with an infected wound. She is pretty awesome as well. The Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They take care of 4 cats for us and the home visits are great, and make it super easy on us."

"ACVS is wonderful! The veterinarians are attentive, caring, and professional. The vets have answered my emails even after 8:00 pm when I have had a concern. I have great peace of mind leaving my fur babies in their care! The staff is amazing! They get back to you quickly, and are just so sweet! I have had a home visit as well, and it was so much less stressful on the pups. I recently had a neuter done, and they even trimmed his nails and cleaned him up so nicely. HIGHLY recommend!"
