"I asked Alissa for a trim and she cut off easily 5 inches in the most choppy, uneven, and botched haircut of my life. And the entire time I was in the chair she tried to convince me it wasn’t short (it’s a Bob now) and that it looked so much better. I’ve called and emailed numerous times for a refund with no response. Shameful establishment and staff."

"I started off liking the stylist. She seemed straight out of beauty school. I wanted to be nice and friendly as I always try to be when getting a service done. While she was nice, she constantly scraped my scalp with the comb. I winced and said it hurt a little, she said sorry but then went right back to it. I brought a pic on my phone of a very specific haircut. My hair was to my shoulders so there was more than enough hair to get this look. It took an hour and a half to get a haircut, she originally said she knew how to cut an inverted bob, but she clearly did not. She called the manager? over every five minutes unsure of what to do, AFTER she had cut big chunks of my hair off. She said she needed to blow dry my hair to figure out the cut. I didnt ask for it. What I eneded up with was a very short very choppy bob that reaches my chin. No smooth long wave that tapers down to the chest. My bangs are so uneven a week later I am still cutting off long hairs. I had booked my appointment online for a $26 cut with a %15 coupon. I was charged for a blow dry which I didnt ask for, I was charged the rate the manager charges to cut hair (to help the new stylist). All in with a small tip it was $40 bucks I tipped because I felt awkward and sorry for the new stylist BUT honestly this is a terrible cut I am really unhappy its not an inverted bob its a choppy super short mess."

"Had the best experience with Isabella. You all need to go see her. I went in for a trim and blowout. She is very gentle and meticulous. Also a great conversationalist. Will definitely be back!"

"Been waiting for 20 minutes when one of the stylists told me "someone will be right with me". The lead stylist, had to tell the girl to look into the computer to find out who my stylist was (I selected anyone) and then had to verbally tell the girl to tell me that the person I was waiting on is finishing up and will be with me soon. Not very friendly and unprofessional that another client who came in after me went before me who was waiting. After 30 minutes I was taken back and then it took an hour and 20 minutes to finish my shampoo and cut. The hair cut was nice and I liked it but I won't go back because of how long and how much pain she caused me why drying my hair. Would no recommend her, did not get her name since I needed to practically leave out of there since she took forever. I went on 10/15/2023 at 11:20 am and left at 1:20 pm. I had the stylist in the pink sweater."

"Young girl charged me $130 for partial highlights. JD at the hair cuttery in prices corner saw my hair while doing my moms hair and said that she charged me way too much for the small amount of highlights the young girl did."
