"Lived in the Greenwood Apartments, the apartments are not updated they refuse to fix the central air units so everyone there has to buy their own AC units. Wiring is not up to code I couldn't tell you how many circuit breakers caught on fire from faulty wiring. Also landlord is cheap doesn't like spending a dime to fix anything had to threaten rent witholding cause he refused to replace my hot water heater but he doesn't mind raising the rent when it's convenient for him also he doesn't work with the tenants when your late on rent he just makes his secretary who used to be my previous landlord sign your court order for eviction wether you have a place to live or not so now me and my teenage daughter are homeless so thanks Claudio bet you feel real blessed"
