"MEREDITH IS THEE BEST !!!! Hands down! i say this to say, i was searching for a place to call my own for months i would either be waitlisted with no availability within the timeframe i needed or no response, so i finally applied to forest creek apartments and i met Meredith. Her response time was top tier, she walked me through the entire rental process and less than a week about 4 days top i was approved for a lovely 2 bd apartment. I did upgrade to a 2bd 2ba in which i love more lol so cozy and spacious with the stainless steel appliances and balcony!!! today as i type this review i picked up my keys!! no other apartment complex ever made me feel comfortable enough as Meredith did and i genuinely want to express my gratitude, I am forever thankful, grateful and happy. To Meredith and the rest of the Forest Creek Crew continue doing what you guys do best which is making the community warm and welcoming ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"I have been living here now for 4 years. I have never had a problem whatsoever even before the new management. But since the new management, things are better than ever. When I have a question ( and sometimes I have a lot..lol), Meredith has always been awesome to answer quickly and in a professional manner. The other office staff as well when I had to stop in the office. They are all so easy to talk to and communicate with."

"People leave negative reviews about this complex, but this is my second time renting here and I love it! I had to come back to live here because I missed it lol it’s always so quiet, peaceful, and cozy. The office and maintenance staffs are very helpful and friendly with anything you need. If you have a maintenance issue, they’ll come right away if you need and make sure the issue is fixed correctly. I’m one to ask a lot of questions too and they are always super thorough and quick with responses. The price is also reasonable for the area and amenities you get. I highly recommend!"

"I've been here for 7 months. I was homeless before I moved here. I'd rather be homeless again. I've lived in hotels and motels with more stuff included than this dumpster fire of a complex. Potholes everywhere, rude office staff, the pool has been closed about 15 times this summer. Nothing included in your rent. This place is a money pit. Only rent here if you like the feeling of burning hard earned money with a lighter, or flushing it down the toilet. Because that's all you'll do in Forest Creek. Avoid it like the plague."
