"On my first visit, I received a great haircut. But, their customer service is horrible. When I attempted to schedule a second visit, no one answered, so I left detailed messages - one on a Thursday afternoon and another the following Tuesday morning. The phone calls are always directed to messaging, yet no one could be bothered to return my call...ever! Disappointingly rude and unprofessional."
