"I was quoted a price for gel manicure of $35. I was then charged $5 additional for removing gel polish they had previously done.. which didn’t last 10 days ! Then additional $10 for for a color then a different color painted on top. Nowhere is this pricing posted. OF COURSE you have to remove the gel Polish BEFORE you can put NEW polish on. Won’t be back"

"Definitely a favorite nail spot. Great energy from the workers and the nail salon provides a welcoming aroma. Constantly recommending this place to others. Bre and Trina did an excellent job on me today. (Trina did my manicure Bre did a pedi.) They always provide me with good conversation and laughs. The wait is handleable since it shows how good of a nail salon it is!"

"Cindy does the BEST pedicures and waxing...the shop is every inviting and I always feel relaxed when I'm there. I love how they updated the decor as everything now flows very well."

"I called ahead and made an appointment for an acrylic fill. Cindy the owner told me to come in and they could do it. I came in and let them know I called for an appt. They sat me down for an hour before anyone started my fill. The guy doing it started putting gel on my nails and when it started burning in the light,I asked what he was using and he told me gel. I told him I don’t have gel on my nails it’s acrylic and he had to spend more time taking it off. Then put pink acrylic powder on my nails. They did not match the original acrylic and you can now visible see the 2 different colors. I then asked for black tips. Not a single mail matches another. And then when I finished they told me it was $50 for the acrylic fill when the website advertised $25 not a problem. they told me it cost more because I wanted powder color. Which I did not get and I told them that she then changed her story to it was color acrylic and that’s why it cost so much so I just simply said I just won’t come back here because that’s not what I asked for. Visibly upset and left. I decided to call the owner and let her know I was not happy with the nails and she said “I don’t talk on the phone I talk in person” and they would fix it IF they saw a problem with them not if I did. Im the paying customer who just paid $50 and I have bubbles in my nails and they wanted to charge me more money to fix them. Because she said she didn’t see any bubbles when I’m sitting there staring at them. Overall terrible experience. I even watched her yell at another customer when she expressed a problem with her pedicure and then again with her manicure. To top it all off the place has roaches on the cash register. Owner told me I should have said thank you when I left for the terrible nails and service I received. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!"
