"I had the privilege of calling RiverBent Apartments my home for nearly two years, and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. The management team, general staff, and maintenance crew went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. From day one, I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to resident satisfaction. The management was always attentive to my needs and concerns, making sure any issues were promptly addressed. The general staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist with any inquiries. The maintenance team was quick to respond to repair requests, ensuring that everything in my apartment was in excellent working condition. The sense of community at RiverBent was another highlight. I had the opportunity to meet great neighbors. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. RiverBent Apartments truly exceeded my expectations, providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living environment. I wholeheartedly recommend RiverBent to anyone seeking a fantastic place to call home. Thank you to the entire team for making my time there truly special!"

"Worst place to live it is not like the pictures the leasing ladies are rude. The leasing agents were giving off a prejudice vibe which felt unwelcoming. You cannot have visitors or they will try to tow your car as soon as you park. They have paid parking but no assigned parking spot. Make that make sense. The leasing office is always empty. If someone is in there they are always on lunch. The pool is forever closed so is the Pool and so is the gym. There ARE NO AMENITIES! I can go on it’s been closed for 3 years !! The maintenance did not fulfill my work orders when I moved in and tried to charge me when I gave 60 day notice through email will the document they provided ! I took before and after pictures of the unit because i knew they were going to charge me or try to. Do not put an application here !! Please look up the management they are associated with to stay away from dirty business like this. They are not affordable or in the affordable market even though they are considered affordable units. They do not have rent relief programs if you are in a squeeze and they do not offer a first time renter remorse for no rental history. They will try to *ape you. Most of the reviews you will see are most likely by an employee or a friend or the leasing liaisons. I am a former resident and would I recommend. NO. Unless you are the combative type and have time to deal with a business like this."

"It's always clean and the landscape is so nice. Apartments are spacious, especially the bathrooms, even with the washer and dryer in them."

"Very nice & well kept community. Some tenants are experiencing issues with ants & roaches in their unit an exterminator is sent out Other than that. Management is very effective at this complex an maintenance come when called an fix what needs to be fixed. This is a very safe community and a great community to raise children police patrol make sure things are running smoothly when office is closed"

"My husband and I have been here sense November of 2018. This is the nicest apartment we have ever had! It’s roomy, it has a wash and dryer in unit, it’s SO nice!! The community is amazing!! It’s welcoming, beautiful, and the people who work here are SOOOO nice! Can’t wait for the pool to open up!! We love it here, plan on staying here for a while, and would recommend this community to anyone!! I cannot express how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE this community."
