"To all the future renters — If you’re reading this then you must be looking for residency and noticed a unit listing at this place. Look elsewhere. Place is a no go. Went for a tour and was not satisfied. Listing says place was renovated and that was a lie. Place shows sign of water damage, infestation, and rats living within the walls. The unit I visit was claimed to be new, but seems those rodents are already living there and is paying rent because behind doors and cabinets, you will find their poo. In the master bedroom, there’s a closet that leads to an attic, which is not accessible to tenants, as it’s closed off for some odd reason. A mysterious door above you that no one can access? No bueno. Sounds suspicious. There’s no HOA so place looks horrible. Only thing that is new is the paint on the outside curb and buildings. For a listing that says $1200 a month with no central air, run down, rodents already living in the walls, I’d look elsewhere. Should be no more than 800 for the condition and that’s being fair with the market price."

"The apartment here are nice they have really cleaned up the place they kicked out a lot of the people who drugged out now people who live here are mainly elderly folk and young adults with their kids the place is not bad to get your foot in the door to save for a home of your own"
