She is an amazing asset to your Realty Group and if anyone in Delaware is looking for a realtor she is who I will be recommending. I had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. She was always readily available to speak to me about anything and worked hard to get me what I was looking for."

"A first class real estate experience to each and every client. Really? You call ignoring an applicant for a rental not once, not twice , not three times but FOUR times "first class"? I never leave Google reviews, but I am so disappointed and honestly appalled at this companies inability to communicate professionally that I felt the need to warn others. I went on a tour of a Rental property that this agency represents , with my 21 year old daughter and her girlfriend. This is their first time searching for an apartment and were alittle nervous and asked me to come for moral support. I gladly obliged. We toured 4 different apartments in Dover in the same day. After the 4th one I wrote the agent that gave us the tour, that we liked theirs the most and we wanted to go ahead and apply. She encouraged us to get 2 months worth of paystubs and pictures of licenses in ASAP because they had a lot of interest in this apartment. Because the girls really loved this apartment , they jumped right on it and had everything to her by the next morning. I will say that the agent was a lovely lady and her daughter , who she brought along on the tour with her, was a sweet girl as well. However this is where the "1st class service" stopped. Over the course of a week my daughter and I reached out to both the agent and Kim , who was the person who was supposed to be following up to get the $100 application fee and run credit reports etc. We were told by Kim that she never received the application from the agent and asked us to resend everything directly to her. We did that immediately. Four more days go by and we still have not heard a thing, so I called Kim directly myself. I asked if the girls were not being considered for the apartment for any reason, would we be notified so we could resume our search for another place? She said Yes. It is now almost two weeks since we toured with the agent and we are still yet to hear anything. Unacceptable!!! If I were the home owner who was paying this agency to be Property Managers and find a tenant, I would be very upset if I knew they had perfect tenants with good credit scores who were ready to rent the apartment. Talk about wasting your money! Be for warned if you are Home owner not to put your trust in these people. They do not have your best interest in mind. Owner/President did reach out via text on 9/5 and asked me to retract this review. I am being told that they were asked by the property owner to hold on renting out the apartment. That may be true, but it was not communicated to us in any of our numerous texts and calls to the agent and Kim. Had we been told this initially , it would have stopped this review from happenning in the first place. Therefor, I will not retract this review because the service level was very poor and everything written above is the truth and accurate. I did ,however, remove the part about feeling discriminated against."

She called me and kept the lines of communication open, and let me know what was going on, and what to expect throughout the process. Michael and his team did an excellent job with the repairs. They were efficient, professional, and friendly! I was impressed with the service received! Thank you Marcella for your prompt attention and valuing my circumstances, listening, and acting!"
