"I worked with Chris (Christina) Smith and she was great; she worked closely with me to answer all of my questions and walk us through the process of selling our single family rental property. She navigated us through everything adeptly, figuring out solid comps and pricing it right so that we were able to move quickly, which was a concern of our since mortgage interest rates had been rising all summer and we were selling in fall when inventory moves at a bit slower pace. What really got me was Chris' going the extra mile by managing and coordinating some minor repair projects and then staging our modest property. She even booked a professional photographer, overseeing all of this on a surprisingly quick timeline. I believe all of this really helped us get top dollar while selling our property quickly in a less than favorable seller's market.
