"Upon moving in there were things that where not up to par, but after communicating with the home office, Ms Kristen who has been a joy to work with this during this whole process was very helpful in getting the things corrected. Mr. Marcus came right over and fixed the things I needed done as well. I am a honest person. I feel that the cleaning team needs a up grade my family cleaned for two days straight due to lacking on their part. I will say that Eagle Medows is a great place to live. Some things I would love to see the siding on the homes pressure washed and cleaned to include the cobwebs off the outdoor screens and in the doorways to include my own and the leaves out of the car ports gutters and bring back the pride of this place. Years ago it was base housing when I visited as a little girl but just because the owners changed does not mean we have to let the standards down. This last message goes to the owners of this place. Keep the rent steady and you will keep good paying tenants. When the rent is too high the homes remain empty. Thanks again to the home office and maintenance team."

"UPDATE #2 Jan ‘23 because even through email you can’t reply to the owners; PM Vanessa Hernandez went to my unit mates that day and then stood on my doorstep or wandered around for over 20 minutes on camera while we were at work. We came home to the new lease being dropped off. Never knew them to follow up on a problem thoroughly or in time so since paperwork was left at the door, it wasn’t our cars broken into, no voicemail was left and you weren’t inquiring as to our safety; we never knew it was anything other than OUR paperwork being delivered. I spoke to Vanessa the next morning at 9am when I called her back about her following up on issues. Still ineffective management since the cops have been by for DV almost two weeks ago. UPDATE Dec’22; nothing has improved. I had to give one star and that made me cringe. The neighborhood has actually gotten worse with neighbors who don’t respect privacy and mess with your dogs and possessions. I have someone coming onto my front door step and patio (on camera) and trying to take something all the time. Just had my unit mate’s car broken into for the third time tonight. Camera showed it was a neighborhood kid again. I wouldn’t put an elderly person I loved here, I wouldn’t recommend this for a young family trying to make it on their own. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone breathing who likes effective management. (Can confirm it’s the same management for at least the past year in case they want to “blame it on past management again”). Truly the worst decision we ever made financially, as well as for our mental and physical health. October ‘22 Managers are superficial, ineffective, and manipulative. 30 people have been without any working AC for over a month with no accommodations per management. Local courthouse wants the PM to leave them alone as well. They don't even stick to their end of your lease. What an utter disappointment these women are. They've had more than enough time and need to stop blaming it on dealing with management changes."

"The grounds are pretty a nice, quiet place to walk. Rooms are good size, well laid out. Very disappointed in the condition, exterior very dirty, plants growing in the gutters, entry lgt doesn’t work, filled with leaves and old tenants dirty mat, privacy fence is an eyesore two different colors, covered in dirt and algae. Interior similar neglect; fridge drawer too broken to use, sink sprayer almost cracked through, like that. I just moved in. I expected to make my home here, spent time and money to move, wanted to buy a w/d. Now I don’t know what to do."

"If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Eagle Meadows is the best place to live. The manager Vanessa and the leasing agent Kristy have been very helpful and have made our move to the community a wonderful experience. If you are looking for a nice and relaxing community to live in, I would highly recommend moving here. They have stunning townhouses that are massive and have tons of privacy."

"Update to original review: Since this review, things have gotten back to normal with the office and maintenance folks. The mold issue in the bathroom has been resolved and WOW! what a difference. No more smell!!! The siding outside could still use some TLC. Other than that, no more complaints. Updating to 4 stars. We've been living here just over a year in a two bedroom. The floor plan is excellent and feels spacious even though it is less than 1,000 sq ft. If we had any need, maintenance was quick the first year of our lease. The location is quiet and there is a great mix of families, younger couples and older people. There are plenty of walking trails inside and around the community. There is a dog park divided into two parts, small and large dog. Given that electric is included in the rent, the rent is reasonable. That is the good. Now for the bad. There are holes in the siding where the insulation is showing. It's clear that the units are about 50 years old and haven't always been upkept. There is a light musty odor coming from the cabinets and sometimes you can smell it outside. Since about the middle of April it's been very difficult to get maintenance requests responded to without putting them in multiple times. We've got a mold issue in the bathroom that hasn't been addressed in two months, despite putting in three requests both through the resident portal and in writing, per the lease. We recently signed a second lease, but we thought long and hard about it. In the end we decided the small rent increase was a lot less than having to pay new deposits and movers. We won't be staying past this lease, however. The office staff and maintenance are nice enough. They just don't seem to have the same passion about taking care of their existing residents as they did just 6 months ago."
