I found this listing on Rentcafe and it said the wait list was 6-9 months. My apartment was available in exactly 1 month. I love living here. The apartments are very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and kept clean. I love the property manager, Kim. She does everything she can to help you. The maintenance guy, is really nice, also."
"This was my first apartment by myself- just me and my kids. Really good experience. I was approved within a week or so and Kim even came to my job to help me with my lease and to give me my keys. the apartment it’s self was super cute and affordable. Neighborhood is quiet and I just happen to have cool neighbors. If my whole life wasn’t based in Delaware I would have stayed living there. Definitely recommend."
"This place is awesome and so is the staff! Kim the property manager goes above and beyond to help get you set up in your place. She is as sweet as can be. The neighborhood is very laid back and quiet. The neighbors are all very pleasant and say hi even the teenage kids in the neighborhood are polite. We have been here almost 3 months and we have no complaints!"
