"The move in experience was really good. However, here I want to list a few warnings to future residents: 1- They raise your rent by at least $200 after one year. If you decide to go month to month, you will be charged extra $150 monthly on top of the regular raise. 2- The leasing office could be a little more organized with paperwork but overall decent service."

"I could write a book on the disaster the last few months have been with this place. To begin, I never received any information about renewing my lease which was to end on 1/30/23. When I called, I was told my lease automatically renewed in October. It took calls after calls to get this straight. I finally received the offer to renew on 1/30/23, the same day my lease ended!!! I sadly signed it and returned it on 2/3/23 agreeing to stay, never heard anything. I followed back up as I was told I would need to sign a new lease. I call and finally speak to the manager on 3/8/23 who has me on hold so long so that when they close at 6, I get hung up on. He did not respond to me until 3/9/23 in the afternoon via EMAIL. In that email he states my new lease started on 3/7/23. How? The lease states it starts on the date of the notice. Also, my lease references more Maryland codes than Delaware codes. It is now 3/31 and I have yet to receive a response back. Now there is an issue with our lock on the front door. I submitted this request via the portal on 3/20/23. With no follow up, I called on 3/28. I received a call back on 3/28 that someone would be looking at it that day. 3/31, nobody has been there. The lack of communication is insane. I can only imagine the nightmare that move out will be."

"Quiet, the rest needs a lot improve. Starting open hours at the office and closing. Mannagment needs big time improve. Every couple months is new people. Apartment needs repairs. Please to get money back reimbursement to you its hard to get back from them. They needed to reimburse my family over 500.00 and more we being waiting since 10/17, and still waiting. I guess my family has to take legal action. By the way my family pay rent every month on time. Be very careful. Are invitation for the owners of the Luxurious Leanders Lake apartment is open door . We be most than happy to see them here . So they can see with there own eyes what's really its going on and how there investment is doing. If they care how there Tenants are feeling and how much you can improve. So beautiful around quiet, but improve its needed here so you can be proud of the service you do. You want people to stay no to go all the time."
