"I love to see and support Black owned business. She is a very good braider, and time oriented unfortunately her craft does not mirror her professionalism and customer service which is the key component of business. Unfortunately, she does not communicate effectively or value hard working paying customers which is very unfortunate when working in the industry servicing children, because consistency is key. It is my hope that as the business grows, she is able to self-reflect and understand the importance of being communicative, and valuing people who support her business. I hope others have better experiences, and she continues to evolve in the realm of customer service."
"My daughter's and I love Miracle Hands. She does a great job and dedicated her time and attention to her client's while servicing them. She is really awesome with my 3 yr old. She cries while gettin her hair washed and Whitney will talk to her through the whole process and reassure her that she is ok. I would definitely recommend others to her especially the babies"
