"Front desk was polite and friendly. My stylist was Jess and she was terrific. She was pleasant and personable and listened to how I wanted my hair cut. She explained where she would have to make slight changes to cut in photo due to fine hair. The cut came out perfect. The price was very reasonable and less than Hair Cuttery. Very pleased. "This is the first time in years that I have been to a salon. My last experience at a different salon was awful. I read the reviews for this salon and decided to give it a try. I was extremely impressed with the receptionist, the cleanliness and sanitation of the salon. My stylist Jessie was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a wonderful haircut. "I scheduled appointments for my mom & I to get our hair done. I can say I will never go to Town again after this. We thought we were pretty happy when we left but realized how awful everything was once we got home. My color was horrible. I've spent the last 4 days trying to undo every bit of it. It looked nothing like the picture I showed the stylist who claims she's been doing hair for 45 years. When I said I didn't want red she proceeded to say she'd do red but it will look good. When I said I wanted brown she said oh no you don't want brown it will age you. The red was maroon that turned black half way down. The highlights were a mess is big chunks. Everything I dreaded to happen with the color happened. I just wanted a nice natural blended color. The stylist that did my mom's haircut also did horrible. The cut looks nothing like the picture & it's completely uneven & has clumps of hair in different spots that should've been tapered. I didn't bother to complain because 2 weeks before I had my hair cut there & there was someone unhappy with her color & was asked to leave the salon & never come back so I figured I wouldn't get anywhere & also don't trust them to fix the damage. Horrible experience."
